Sugar Silo

Sugar silo cleaning and sugar removal services

Sugar silo maintenance should include periodic cleanings. Sugar can harden and stick to the interior and exterior walls of the silo, meaning you'll run out of material faster. The sugar on the walls is also older, which will impact the freshness of your products. We use several different approaches to cleaning sugar silos and large containers. Cleaning a sugar silo runs a high level of risk. Safety steps need to be adhered to in order to avoid becoming trapped in the material. We have safety measures we take to stay safe and secure. Our team doesn't use anything that may cause a spark, we use tie-offs to shut down the area we are working in, and we follow several other safety guidelines.

When we arrive onsite to clean your sugar silo, we will first need to begin with sugar removal. Once the silo is empty, and the sugar has been temporarily stored elsewhere, we begin the cleaning process. Using dry ice blasting allows us to quickly clean the silo without concern of causing a mold or mildew situation.

Once the silo has been cleaned thoroughly and checked for any necessary repairs, we reverse our sugar removal from earlier and refill the sugar silo. Once complete, the silo is again ready to be put into service.

Our team specializes in silo cleaning and can get your operation back up and running in almost no time. We are fast and very thorough. Your downtime will be significantly limited, and we will have you back in production before you know it.
